SUR started out of my interest in sharing my family’s eating traditions: cooking, setting up the table, choosing that special silverware, laying the napkins, dessert spoons and a glass of wine if you fancy. In my family, food has always had a leading role, and it’s always been about hosting our guests.

I am a very curious person, I love my country and I know every little corner of this wonderful city. I want “eating” to be more than just an answer to the need for food, I want it to be an experience.

That’s why in 2018 I started this venture in my dear old little apartment in Palermo, and SUR grew to become a unique option for people choosing Buenos Aires as a destination.

Nowadays it’s a family journey with Diego and our daughter Rufina, opening together the doors of our home to share Argentinian love and culture, through our cuisine. We like cooking, eating well and those beautiful conversations flowing around the table.
